About Timothy Bryan
Timothy graduated in 1985 from The University of Tennessee School of Architecture and immediately began working in the Atlanta area designing homes, where his love for home design since childhood became reality as a professional career. In 1993, Timothy started his own company and has since designed probably over a thousand homes in Georgia and other neighboring States.
His homes have appeared in numerous magazines, including “Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles”, “Better Homes & Gardens”, “Southern Living”, and “Second Home”. Locally, many of Timothy’s homes are found in neighborhoods and private properties around the northern areas of metro-Atlanta and locations around the lakes of North Georgia and the mountains of North Carolina. Timothy’s homes have been featured as various showhomes and model homes for area neighborhoods. Timothy currently lives in the Milton area in a home he designed and has his design studio in the historic Birmingham Crossroads area.

CUSTOM HOME PLANNING
Inside our studio, Timothy and his associates are working each day to design functional and timeless custom home plans for clients all over Georgia and surrounding locations. Surpassing over 1,000 homes designed since starting the studio in 1993, Timothy begins the design process for each client and works with the clients thru the entire design process.
We begin the process with an initial meeting, showing examples of plans, discussing the process and then gathering the client's ideas and information and turning that into a set of custom home plans, with plenty of client interaction along the way.
