The Plan Process

In our Farmhouse Studio, Timothy Bryan and his Associates are working each day to design functional and timeless custom home plans for clients all over Georgia and surrounding locations. Timothy begins the design process with an initial meeting, showing examples of plans, discussing the process, and then gathering the client's ideas and information, then turning that into a custom set of home plans, with plenty of client interaction along the way. Our fees are based on the heated square footage of the home, so it's simple to estimate the cost of our work from beginning to end. Timothy works with each client from beginning through the entire plan process.
